This Privacy Policy explains how TenTen collects, holds, uses, discloses and protects personal information when a person visits tentenhub.store, makes a purchase, creates an account, contacts us or otherwise interacts with TenTen.
TenTen operates under ABN 34 575 045 152.
TenTen is referred to in this policy as “TenTen”, “we”, “us” or “our”. A person whose information is handled by TenTen may be referred to as “you”, “the customer” or “the individual”.

TenTen does not receive or store a customer’s complete payment-card number. Complete payment credentials are handled by Shopify Payments or another payment provider offered at checkout.
- Sensitive personal information
TenTen does not ordinarily request health information, government identification numbers, biometric information, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic information, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or other sensitive personal information.
A person should not provide sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for TenTen to assess a safety incident, legal claim, payment dispute or other legitimate matter.
Where sensitive information is provided or becomes necessary, TenTen will handle it only for the relevant purpose, with consent or another lawful basis where required.
TenTen will never request a customer’s password, complete payment-card number, banking password, authentication code or account-recovery code.
- How we collect personal information
TenTen may collect personal information:
• Directly from the individual at checkout, through a customer account, through the Contact page, by email or through another store feature

• From banks, payment networks or dispute-resolution providers in connection with a transaction or chargeback
• From publicly available sources where collection is lawful and reasonably necessary
• Where permitted by law, from regulators, insurers, professional advisers or authorities
- Anonymity and pseudonyms
A person may browse publicly available areas of tentenhub.store without identifying themselves.
TenTen may be unable to accept an order, process a payment, deliver a product, verify an account, respond to an order-specific enquiry or provide a remedy unless accurate identifying and contact information is supplied.
A pseudonym may be used when making a general enquiry where identification is not reasonably necessary. It cannot be used where TenTen is required to identify the person or where identification is reasonably necessary to complete the requested service.
- Why we use personal information
TenTen may collect, hold, use and disclose personal information to:
• Operate, maintain and improve tentenhub.store
• Display products, prices, currencies and store content
• Create and administer customer accounts
• Process payments and verify transactions
• Accept, review and administer orders
• Arrange made-to-order production and fulfilment
• Deliver products and provide tracking
• Contact a customer about an order, payment, delivery or account
• Respond to questions and provide customer service

• Maintain accounting, tax, transaction and legal records
• Measure store use, performance and customer experience
• Troubleshoot technical problems
• Personalise store content where permitted
• Send marketing communications where the recipient has consented or where otherwise permitted by law
• Measure advertising and marketing performance where permitted
• Protect the rights, safety, property and lawful interests of TenTen, customers and other people
• Comply with legal, regulatory, insurance and contractual obligations
• Establish, exercise or defend a legal claim
TenTen will not use personal information for an unrelated purpose unless the person consents or the use is otherwise permitted or required by law.
- Lawful bases for processing
Where applicable privacy law requires TenTen to identify a lawful basis, TenTen may process personal information on one or more of the following grounds:
• Performance of a contract, including processing and delivering an order
• Steps requested by the individual before entering into a contract
• Compliance with a legal obligation
• TenTen’s legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the store, preventing fraud, providing customer service and protecting lawful business interests
• The individual’s consent
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims
• Protecting the vital interests of a person where legally recognised and genuinely necessary
Where processing relies on consent, the person may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not make processing carried out before the withdrawal unlawful and may not affect processing supported by another lawful basis.
- Shopify
tentenhub.store is hosted by Shopify.
Shopify processes information required to provide the online store, customer accounts, checkout, payment, security, analytics and related services. Depending on the circumstances, Shopify may process information on TenTen’s behalf or for its own purposes under Shopify’s applicable privacy terms.
Information submitted through Shopify may be transmitted to and stored by Shopify and its service providers in countries where they operate.
Customers may review Shopify’s privacy information through Shopify’s official website.
- Production and fulfilment providers
TenTen products are made to order through third-party production and fulfilment providers, including Printify and the production provider assigned to an order.
TenTen may provide these organisations with information reasonably required to:
• Identify the ordered product and variant
• Produce and package the order
• Print delivery documentation
• Arrange dispatch and tracking
• Investigate production or delivery problems
• Assess damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing-product claims
• Provide an approved replacement or other remedy
The information supplied may include the customer’s name, delivery address, telephone number where provided, email address where required, order contents and relevant claim evidence.
Production providers are not TenTen’s customer-service contact and are not authorised return destinations unless TenTen expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
- Payment providers
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or another payment provider offered at checkout.
Payment providers may collect and process:
• Card or payment credentials
• Billing information
• Transaction amount and currency
• Device and fraud-prevention information
• Payment authorisation and verification information
TenTen generally receives confirmation of the payment, transaction identifiers, limited payment-method details and payment status rather than the complete payment credentials.
Payment providers may independently use personal information to verify transactions, prevent fraud, comply with financial regulations and provide their services under their own privacy policies.
- Shipping, customs and delivery
TenTen may disclose information reasonably required to deliver an order to:
• Shipping carriers
• Postal services
• Customs authorities
• Customs brokers
• Delivery contractors
• Tracking and logistics providers
This information may include the recipient’s name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, order description, parcel value and customs information.
A carrier, customs authority or delivery provider may contact the recipient where reasonably necessary to complete delivery, collect an authorised charge, verify information or investigate an issue.
- Other disclosures
TenTen may disclose relevant personal information to:
• Shopify and Shopify Payments
• Other payment processors and payment networks
• Printify and assigned production providers
• Shipping carriers, postal services and customs providers
• Email and customer-service providers
• Website hosting, storage and information-technology providers
• Analytics and marketing providers
• Fraud-prevention and security providers
• Banks, insurers and chargeback-resolution providers
• Accountants, lawyers and other professional advisers
• Regulators, law-enforcement bodies, courts and government authorities
• A genuine purchaser, successor or adviser involved in a proposed sale, restructure or transfer of all or part of the business
TenTen will disclose only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, except where broader disclosure is required by law.
TenTen may disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect a person from harm, enforce an agreement, respond to legal process or defend TenTen’s lawful interests.
- Cookies and similar technologies
Shopify and authorised providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software-development tools and similar technologies to:
• Keep the store and checkout functioning
• Maintain sessions and cart contents
• Remember language, currency and privacy preferences
• Protect accounts, payments and transactions
• Detect fraud and security threats
• Measure store traffic, use and performance
• Understand how customers interact with products and pages
• Support analytics, marketing and advertising where permitted
• Measure the performance of marketing campaigns
Some technologies are essential for the store to function. Others may be optional and used only where permitted or after consent where consent is required.
A person may be able to manage non-essential technologies through the store’s cookie or privacy-preference controls. Browser settings may also allow cookies to be blocked or deleted.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart, account or checkout from working correctly. Changing browser settings will not necessarily remove information already collected.
- Analytics and advertising
TenTen may use Shopify and approved analytics or marketing services to understand store performance and improve customer experience.
These services may process device information, cookie identifiers, approximate location, referral information, pages viewed and store interactions.
Where enabled and legally permitted, marketing technology may be used to:
• Measure whether an advertisement led to a store visit or purchase
• Limit repeated advertising
• Build audiences based on store interactions
• Display advertising that may be more relevant
• Assess campaign performance
TenTen will obtain consent before using non-essential advertising technologies where consent is required by law.
- Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
TenTen does not sell personal information for money.
Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly and may include certain transfers of cookie, device or interaction information for targeted or cross-context behavioural advertising.
Where such activities occur and applicable law provides an opt-out right, a person may exercise that right through the privacy controls displayed on the store or by contacting TenTen.
Where legally required, TenTen will recognise a valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, to the extent the store’s technology is capable of receiving and applying that signal.
TenTen does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of a person under 16 for targeted advertising.
- Marketing communications
TenTen may send promotional emails where the recipient has subscribed, consented or where another lawful basis permits the communication.
A recipient may unsubscribe by:
• Selecting the unsubscribe link in the promotional email
• Adjusting an available account preference
• Contacting TenTen through the Contact page
• Emailing Hello.tentenco@gmail.com
An unsubscribe request will be applied as soon as reasonably practicable and within any period required by law.
TenTen may retain limited information necessary to record and respect the person’s unsubscribe choice.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent TenTen from sending non-promotional communications reasonably required for an order, payment, account, delivery, refund, safety issue, legal notice or customer-service request.
- Reviews and submitted content
A person who submits a review, photograph, comment or other content for publication should not include personal information that they do not want made public.
Where content is submitted for publication, the person’s chosen display name, review and associated content may become publicly visible.
TenTen may retain unpublished information reasonably necessary to verify, administer or moderate a submission.
TenTen will not use a customer’s name, image or submitted content in unrelated advertising without permission, except where the person has expressly agreed or applicable law permits the use.
- Automated processing and fraud screening
Shopify, payment providers and fraud-prevention providers may use automated systems to assess transaction risk, detect suspicious behaviour or protect the store and payment systems.
An automated risk indicator may result in an order being held for review, additional verification being requested or a transaction being declined by a payment provider.
TenTen does not knowingly use solely automated decision-making to make a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on an individual without human review where applicable law requires that review.
A person who believes an order or account was affected incorrectly by automated processing may contact TenTen and request that the matter be reviewed.
- International processing and overseas disclosure
TenTen uses service providers that operate internationally. Personal information may be processed, accessed or stored outside the individual’s country.
Likely locations may include Australia, Canada, the United States and other countries where Shopify, Printify, production providers, payment providers, cloud providers, carriers and their subcontractors operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in another country may differ from those in the individual’s country.
Where required by applicable law, TenTen will take reasonable steps to use service providers and arrangements intended to protect transferred personal information. Depending on the jurisdiction, safeguards may include contractual protections, recognised transfer mechanisms or another lawful basis.
Because production and delivery providers may be selected according to the ordered product and destination, it may not always be practicable to identify every overseas country before an order is placed.
- How long we retain information
TenTen retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:
• Completing and administering the relevant transaction
• Providing customer service
• Managing returns, replacements, refunds and delivery investigations
• Maintaining accounting, tax and transaction records
• Preventing fraud and duplicate claims
• Resolving disputes and chargebacks
• Meeting insurance, production-partner and carrier claim requirements
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations
• Maintaining consent and unsubscribe records
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
TenTen may retain order and transaction records for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and consumer laws. Claim, dispute or safety information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary.
When personal information is no longer reasonably required, TenTen will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it, subject to applicable law and the technical operation of service providers and backup systems.
- Security
TenTen and its service providers use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information from:
• Misuse
• Interference
• Loss
• Unauthorised access
• Unauthorised modification
• Unauthorised disclosure
These measures may include account-access controls, authentication, platform security, payment-provider protections, service-provider restrictions and internal limits on access.
No online service, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices. TenTen should be contacted promptly if a person believes an account, payment, order or communication has been compromised.
- Data breaches
TenTen will investigate a suspected loss, unauthorised access or unauthorised disclosure of personal information.
Where a breach occurs, TenTen will take reasonable steps to:
• Contain the incident
• Determine what information and individuals may be affected
• Assess the risk of harm
• Take appropriate remedial action
• Work with Shopify or another affected provider
• Preserve relevant records
• Notify affected individuals and regulators where required by law
Where notification is required, TenTen will provide information reasonably available about the incident, the types of information involved and steps the affected person may take to reduce possible harm.
- Access, correction, deletion and other privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, a person may have the right to:
• Ask whether TenTen holds personal information about them
• Request access to that information
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of certain information
• Request restriction of certain processing
• Object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent
• Request a portable copy of certain information
• Opt out of certain sale, sharing or targeted advertising
• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information
• Request information about categories of information collected, used or disclosed
• Request review of certain automated decisions
• Complain to a privacy or data-protection regulator
• Exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination
These rights are not absolute. TenTen may retain or refuse to provide certain information where required or permitted by law, including where necessary to complete a transaction, maintain legal records, prevent fraud, protect another person’s privacy or establish or defend a legal claim.
- Submitting a privacy request
A privacy request may be submitted through the Contact page on tentenhub.store or by emailing:
Hello.tentenco@gmail.com
The request should include:
• The person’s name
• The email address associated with the order or account
• The relevant order number, where applicable
• A clear description of the request
• Enough information for TenTen to locate the relevant records
TenTen may request reasonable information to verify the requester’s identity and authority. Verification is used to protect personal information from unauthorised access or deletion.
An authorised representative may submit a request where permitted by law. TenTen may require evidence of the representative’s authority and may verify the individual’s identity directly.
TenTen will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where no shorter period applies, TenTen aims to provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days after receiving a complete and verified request.
If additional time is reasonably required, TenTen will provide an update where required by law.
TenTen will not charge for an ordinary privacy request unless a reasonable fee is permitted by law and the requester is informed in advance.

Other jurisdictions
A person may have additional rights under the mandatory privacy or data-protection law applicable to their interaction with TenTen. Nothing in this policy limits a privacy right that cannot legally be limited.
- Children
tentenhub.store is not directed to children under 16.
TenTen does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 16 or knowingly sell or share their personal information for targeted advertising.
A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact TenTen. TenTen will investigate and, where appropriate and legally required, delete the information.
- Third-party websites and services
The store may contain links to websites or services operated independently by other organisations.
TenTen does not control the privacy, security or content practices of an independent third party. A person should review that organisation’s privacy policy before providing personal information.
This section does not remove TenTen’s responsibility for its own obligations or for providers acting on TenTen’s behalf.
- Privacy complaints
A privacy complaint may be submitted through the Contact page on tentenhub.store or by emailing:
Hello.tentenco@gmail.com
The complaint should include enough information for TenTen to identify the issue, the relevant interaction or order and the outcome requested.
TenTen aims to:
• Acknowledge a privacy complaint within seven business days
• Investigate the complaint fairly
• Request further information where reasonably necessary
• Provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days where reasonably possible
A complex matter may require additional time. If so, TenTen will provide an update and an estimated response date where reasonably possible.
A person who is not satisfied with TenTen’s response may have the right to complain to the relevant privacy or data-protection regulator.
For Australian privacy matters, the relevant regulator is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. The regulator may expect the person to first give TenTen a reasonable opportunity to address the complaint.
- Customer-service contact and telephone numbers
TenTen provides customer service through the Contact page on tentenhub.store and by email at:
Hello.tentenco@gmail.com
TenTen does not offer customer-service support by telephone.
A telephone number supplied during checkout may still be used where reasonably necessary for delivery, payment verification, fraud prevention, customs processing or order administration.
- Returns and physical addresses
TenTen’s approved return destination may be different from any business contact information or the sender address shown on a parcel.
Customers must obtain written return approval and return instructions before sending a product.
Where a return is approved, the appropriate return destination will be supplied privately. Products must not be returned to Printify, a production facility, a carrier or the parcel sender unless TenTen expressly instructs the customer to do so in writing.
TenTen does not publish a private residential or return address through this Privacy Policy.
- Changes to this policy
TenTen may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to:
• The store or products
• Service providers
• Privacy practices
• Technology
• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Available privacy rights
The current version will be published on tentenhub.store with its updated date.
Material changes will apply from the date stated in the updated policy, except where applicable law requires another approach.
