For order enquiries, include your full name, order number and a clear description of what you need help with. For damaged, faulty or incorrect products, include clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping carton and shipping label where possible.

TenTen provides customer support by email and does not offer telephone support. We respond as soon as reasonably possible. Sending multiple requests about the same matter may delay our response.

Do not return a product without written approval and return instructions from TenTen. If a return is approved, the correct destination will be provided privately in writing.
