This Legal Notice applies to tentenhub.store.
The website and online store are operated by Luke Jayden Hayes, an Australian individual and sole trader operating under the name “TenTen”.
References to “TenTen”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Luke Jayden Hayes operating TenTen.

- Online business and fulfilment model
TenTen is an online, made-to-order candle business.
Products may be produced, packed and dispatched by approved third-party production and fulfilment providers. The use of a third-party provider does not make that provider the seller or the customer’s support contact.
All order, delivery, refund, product and customer-service enquiries must be directed to TenTen.
Printify, a production facility, the parcel sender and a shipping carrier are not authorised to make commitments on behalf of TenTen unless TenTen confirms otherwise in writing.
- Returns and return destinations
The address printed on a parcel may identify a production facility, fulfilment provider, carrier or parcel sender. It is not automatically an approved return address.
Customers must not return a product to Printify, a production facility, the parcel sender or any address appearing on the original parcel unless TenTen expressly provides written approval and instructions.
Where a physical return is approved, the correct return destination will be supplied privately. The approved return destination may be different from any business contact address or the original dispatch location.
TenTen’s Refund and Returns Policy governs cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, faulty products and related remedies.

Nothing in this Legal Notice, the Terms of Service or another TenTen policy excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot legally be excluded.
Information about product characteristics, made-to-order production, fragrance preferences, natural candle variations and return procedures does not remove a customer’s rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, materially misdescribed or otherwise fails to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee.

TenTen takes reasonable care to keep website, product, pricing, delivery and policy information accurate.
Product photographs, colours, scale and appearance may vary according to the customer’s screen, lighting and normal production differences. Fragrance descriptions reflect the intended scent profile, but individual fragrance perception may vary.
Minor candle variations are not necessarily faults where the product remains safe, functional and materially consistent with its description.
TenTen may correct typographical, pricing, technical or factual errors. Any correction affecting an existing order will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the TenTen name, website content, product names, original written material, graphics, photographs, artwork and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to TenTen.
Website content may be viewed for personal shopping and other lawful personal purposes.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party names, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
- Third-party services
tentenhub.store is hosted by Shopify and may use Shopify Payments, Printify, production providers, carriers, analytics services and other third-party providers.
A third-party provider may process information or perform services necessary to operate the store, process payments, produce orders, deliver parcels, prevent fraud or resolve customer issues.
Independent third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Nothing in this section removes TenTen’s responsibility for its own obligations to customers.

The website may contain links to independent third-party websites.
TenTen does not control an independent third-party website and is not responsible for its availability, security, content or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that TenTen endorses the third party.
Customers should review the terms and privacy information of any independent service they use.
- Website availability and security
TenTen may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the website.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or technical error. If a technical problem affects an order or payment, TenTen will take reasonable steps to investigate and provide an appropriate correction or remedy.
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, checkout, payment systems or customer information or introduce malicious code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenTen is not responsible for loss caused by unlawful use of the website, deliberate misuse of a product, unauthorised interference with the website or a person’s failure to take reasonable care.
TenTen does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

- Available markets
TenTen currently accepts orders only for destinations supported at checkout.
The United Kingdom, European Union and unsupported global markets are not currently active for checkout. TenTen must review the applicable delivery, tax, product-safety, withdrawal, privacy and trader-disclosure requirements before activating those markets.
This Legal Notice does not claim to satisfy mandatory United Kingdom or European Union trader-disclosure requirements.
- Governing law
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia.
This clause does not remove any mandatory right, remedy or lawful forum available to a consumer under the law applicable to their purchase.
